Terms, Rules & Rental Conditions (Winter)

1. Rentee’s Responsibility

The rentee assumes full responsibility for the rented equipment, including its proper use, care, and return.

2. Liability Agreement "EQUIPMENT PROTECTION”

The rental equipment is not insured. A Liability Agreement "EQUIPMENT PROTECTION” can be purchased for a surcharge of 10% of the rental price.

With “EQUIPMENT PROTECTION”:

Damages, breakages or defects are covered 100% by the rental shop

Loss or theft is covered 75% by the rental shop, 25 % deductible.

Without “EQUIPMENT PROTECTION”:

In case of total damage or loss of the equipment, compensation will be charged according to the product list price.

3. Damages and Repairs

For partial damages without "EQUIPMENT PROTECTION”, repair costs will be charged according to the valid repair price list.

Negligence, misuse, or intentional damage is fully at the renter’s expense and not covered by the liability agreement.

4. Reporting Obligation for Loss or Theft

In case of theft or loss, the renter must immediately file a police report and provide a written confirmation.

5. Exchange of Equipment

Exchange within the same category is possible for one time, afterwards it costs 10€ each time.

Change from Ski to Snowboard or Snowboard to ski is available for a charge of 15€.

Upgrading to a higher category is allowed by paying the price difference.

Downgrade to a lower category does not entitle to a refund.

6. Rental Period, Payment & Return

The rental price must be paid in advance.

Online bookings can be picked up the day prior after 3pm.

Latest return: 7pm of the last rental day, if communicated to the rental shop it's also possible to return them until 9am the following day.

Extension of the equipment is possible, but the rentee needs to communicate it to the rental shop until 6pm of the last rental day paid.

Failure to return the equipment may result in a theft report filed by the rental shop.

7. Early Return

An early return is always possible, but a refund of the rental fee is only granted in case of illness or accident with a valid medical certificate.

8. Cancellation / Cancellation Protection

Cancellation is possible until 2 days before the rental pick up.

9. Binding Adjustment

Ski bindings are adjusted according to standards given by the binding manufacturer.

By accepting the “Terms, Rules & Rental Conditions”, the customer confirms the expert settings of the bindings.

11. Data Protection

Personal data are processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 – GDPR).
